Create an account and sign in

You need an account to order a server, pay invoices and manage what you have bought.

Create your account

1. Open the sign-in page and choose Sign up.
2. Enter your name, email address and a password, then submit.
3. We email you a link to confirm your address. Open it to finish.

You can order only after your email address is confirmed. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new link from the page that asks you to verify.

Sign in

Use the same email address and password. If you set up two-factor sign-in or a passkey, you will be asked for it as well. See Keep your account secure.

Forgot your password

Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, enter your email address and follow the link we send. The link works for a short time only.
