Pay an invoice online
Open an invoice and pay it on the secure payment page, and what to do if a payment fails.
You can pay any unpaid invoice online. Invoices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) unless your account uses another currency.
Pay an invoice
- Open the invoice from your invoices or from the link in our email. Choose View and pay.
- Check the items and the amount.
- Press the Pay ... online button. You are taken to a secure payment page run by our payment partner, SSLCOMMERZ.
- Choose a payment method and complete it.
- You return to the invoice, which shows Paid. We also email you a receipt.
You do not need to sign in to open an invoice from our email: the link is private to you.
If the payment does not go through
- If you were not charged, press the pay button again to start a new attempt.
- If you were charged but the invoice is not marked Paid, wait a few minutes and refresh. A confirmation can take a short while.
- If it is still not paid after that, contact support with the invoice number and the transaction reference from your bank or wallet.
Other ways to pay
If online payment is not available, the invoice page shows how else to pay. Send us the reference and we will record it.
Currency
If your invoice is in a currency other than BDT, the payment page may charge you in BDT using our exchange rate on the day. The amount to be charged is shown before you confirm.
