Use the Power buttons on your server page, and what each one does to your site or app.
On an active server, the Power panel on the server page has three buttons.
Restart
Restarts the server. Your site or app is unavailable for a short time while it starts again. Use this when the server is slow or not responding.
Stop
Switches the server off. Your site or app goes offline until you start it again. You will be asked to confirm.
A stopped server is still yours and still billed. Stopping it does not cancel it. To end it, see Cancel a server.
Start
Switches a stopped server back on.
If a button does nothing
The page shows a message with the reason. If it says the change could not be made, try again in a minute, then contact support with your server name.
